The Heartsaver CPR/AED course is intended for all individuals who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements or lay rescuers who want to learn the knowledge necessary to help someone in cardiac arrest.
The Heartsaver CPR/AED class covers the following:
- Adult CPR
- Child CPR
- Infant CPR
- use of a pocket face mask
- foreign body airway obstruction
- the use of the automated external defibrillator.
The course is based on the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC.
Students will receive credentials card at completion of the course. Cards are valid for 2 years.
Class is approximately 3 hours. Price is $95.
